This is where you should first start when learning AdhereR. This interactive tutorial introduces you to the principles to estimate adherence with the AdhereR package. It uses example data to illustrate the various decisions required and their impact on estimates, starting with the visualization of medication events, computation of persistence (treatment episode length), and computation of adherence. The only requirement is an understanding of basic R commands. A basic knowledge of medication adherence principles will also be very helpful, but is not necessary.

The tutorial uses quizes and coding examples to get hands-on experience with AdhereR before you have to install anything on your computer.

When you’re ready, you can install AdhereR like any other package in R and start computing adherence in a transparent and reproducible way!
